Orphanage Thrift Store Reorganization

 Orphanage Thrift Store Reorganization Project - 12/28/06

In the afternoon during our day at Casa Amparo Orphanage, we had PLANNED & dressed appropriately to paint one of the orphanage's buildings.  However, the weather did not cooperate with that idea, so we went to the proverbial "Plan B" and ended up reorganizing the Orphanage's Thrift Store Clothing Shop. This was a huge job and really helped their operation, which benefits the orphanage's neighborhood and brings in funds for the orphanage itself. The piles of clothing were so disorganized that the store was virtually unusable. We left it neat, categorized & labelled in Spanish!
